Insurance Agents earn a 30% monthly commission on all of their active PeoplePLUSCard and People's Health Express Memberships. An active membership is a membership where money has been received for the membership during the month commissions are paid. So, if a Agent had 700 active PeoplePLUSCard memberships in October, their commission would be (700 x $6 = $4,200 for October) If their active memberships increased to 1000 in November, their commission would be (1000 x $6 = $6,000 for November)
