How you will be Paid...
Sales Representatives will earn a 25% monthly commission (or $5 per membership) on all of their active PeoplePlusCard Memberships. * An active membership is a membership where money has been received for the membership during the month commissions are paid. So, if a Sales Representative had 700 active memberships in October, their commission would be (700 x $5 = $3,500 for October) If their active memberships increased to 1000 in November, their commission would be (1000 x $5 = $5,000 for November) Compare this to almost any other type of sales, where you would get paid only one time and you would need to make another sale to get paid again. Which plan sounds better to you?

All Sales Representatives will be hired as Independent Contractors and issued a 1099 Tax Form for their commission Income. We will give each Sales Representative the option to become a Full-Time employee of August Marketing Group, LLC. when the following conditions are met.
1) The Sales Representative is currently working Full-Time and continue to maintain a Full-Time Status.
2) The Sales Representative has maintained 2000 memberships for 3 months
As a Full-Time employee, the Sales Representative will receive a generous benefit package including company paid Health Insurance and additional bonuses and rewards.
